LEGO Skarholmen

Mid October we've started our second project for LEGO as general contractor. This store is build in Skarholmen Centre, Stockholm. 

Before we could start, some rough demolition was needed. For this project, with a schedule of 6 weeks, we installed a complete new HVAC and Electrical system, Sprinkler system, Fire alarm and new glass facade and rollershutters. Like in the Netherlands, Viceroys was also responsible for the complete shopfitting. 

We worked with several local sub contractors and managed to succeeded in time.
